Skillonomy - is a platform for talent management and skills monetization, that works with a principle of P2P education (from person to person).
Business model of the platform implied a payment of rewarding to coaches after achieving results by their students. We use smart contract and blockchain technology for regulating of relationships between the participants, control and motivation.
The main direction of activity - are the education and skills monetization in 4 ecosystems: IT, e-sport, poker and trading. This ecosystems was chosen, because in this spheres the skills transferring and their online monetization occurs in the fastest way.
For the internal payment in the Skillonomy platform a SKLT token will be used.
Testing of token issuing are performed on the NEM and Ethereum blockchain.
Developing and launching are managed by the team headed by Pavlo Kovalenko, that have already had an experience of realization such model of education (e-learning).
It is not the first project of this team. The Skillonomy underlying idea is a successful project Freeteam - a professional poker community, in which this model was tested and has shown a high effictivity. Besides, there is AnimaUnity in the team asset - the e-sport community, which model has proved its viability and can be scaled on other spheres of P2P education.
Currently, the IT direction of the platform - Skillonomy learning portal - is actively develops.
The team of developers has both a methodology of educational organisation and tools that allows to organize effectively this process. For the community participants it can be as a hobby, that generate an additional revenue, and a full business, that based on monetization of their skills.
Skillonomy - is a platform, that will draw a coach with a student together and will provide them all the tools for achievement of the objectives.
An educational process work like this: a student passes tests and fills out a questionnaire, he/she necessarily aims (employment, as usual).
Depending on the results, a coach is selected for student and a program of trainings for achieving students goals is drawn up. A student has a diary of education, he/she visits trainings, watches courses and informs about results. This activity is rewarded at the each of the stages.
After achieving a goal by a student, a coach get a reward for learning in accordance with a “smart contract”. The more successful used on practise skills of a student, the more reward.
In this way, the Skillonomy platform can significantly change and improve an existed educational system, removes an unproductive mediators and offers an effective system of skills and knowledge monetization, both for students and coaches.
